The M16C MCU Family of products offers a variety of choices that span a wide range of performance and integration options including a wide selection of pin-count, RAM and ROM options. The M16C Family provides a migration from 8-bit MCUs to 32-bit MCUs — all with MCUs that are upwardly pin- and software-compatible. Learn more.
