M16C/24 (M30245) Group


M16C/24 (M30245) incorporates a USB compliant with the full-speed USB 2.0 specification, serial sound interface, and an AND Flash control circuit in addition to the standard peripherals of the M16C/20 Series. Maximum operating frequency is 16MHz. A 100-pin package is available. The M16C/24 (M30245) Group can be used as a USB MCU which is equipped with full-speed USB 2.0 functions.
