M16C/26 Group


Support for the M16C/26 Group is limited to customers who have already adopted these products. If adopting new products, please consider other ranges such as the M16C/26A Group.

M16C/26A Group


M16C/26A features small package (available in 42 pins and 48 pins). CRC Calculation Circuit, Voltage Detection Circuit and PLL Synthesizer are added to standard peripherals. Maximum operating frequency is 24MHz when using PLL Synthesizer. Data Flash (2KB × 2 blocks) is embedded (Flash Memory Version only).

M16C/28 Group


M16C/28 features slim package (available in 64 pins, 80 pins and 85 pins). Input Capture/Output Compare Timer, Clock Synchronous Serial Interface, Multi-Master I2C-bus, CRC Calculation Circuit, Voltage Detection Circuit, and PLL Synthesizer are added to standard peripherals. Maximum operating frequency is 24MHz when using PLL Synthesizer. Data Flash (2KB × 2 blocks) is embedded (Flash Memory Version only).

M16C/29 Group


M16C/29 features slim package (available in 64 pins and 80 pins). Input Capture/Output Compare Timer, Clock Synchronous Serial Interface, Multi-Master I2C-bus, CRC Calculation Circuit, CAN, Voltage Detection Circuit, and PLL Synthesizer are added to standard peripherals. Maximum operating frequency is 20MHz. Data Flash (2KB × 2 blocks) is embedded (Flash Memory Version only).
