M3A-0665 FoUSB

M3A-0665 FoUSB is a flash programmer/on-chip debugging emulator with an interface for USB 1.1 standard.

Information:

* This product is discontinued in December 2007.
It will be replaced by the  E8a from then on, so please consider purchasing the E8a.
* When you use for the E8a (or the E8) emulator the board currently used for the
M3A-0665 FoUSB, please use the E8 14PIN-10PIN Convert Board.

Features

  • High-speed programming using USB input/output
    • 256KB write time: approx. 25 seconds (M30624FGAFP/GP)
    • 256KB erase time: approx. 1 second (M30624FGAFP/GP)
  • On-chip debugging using part of MCU Resources (ROM, RAM, Interrupt, and Peripheral) is available.
  • 5V can be supplied through USB cable
  • Compact size, easy to carry

Target Devices

MCU supporting M3A-0665 FoUSB is different between the case where you use a flash memory programming function, and the case where you use an on-chip debugging function.
