M16C/24 (M30245) incorporates a USB compliant with the full-speed USB 2.0specification, serial sound interface, and an AND Flash control circuit inaddition to the standard peripherals of the M16C/20 Series. Maximum operatingfrequency is 16MHz. A 100-pin package is available. The M16C/24 (M30245) Groupcan be used as a USB MCU which is equipped with full-speed USB 2.0functions.
