The Starter Kit Plus products are no longer recommended for new designs. They have been replaced by the Renesas Starter Kits (RSK). The "Sample Code" ZIP archive below contains sample programs and application notes for the SKP. These demonstrate use of the on-chip peripherals and SKP resources e.g. ADC, Flash/CPU rewrite, DMAC, USART/SIO, timers, RTC, Virtual EEPROM and interrupts. Each directory in the archive contains all the needed source files as well as pre-configured project files needed to rebuild the program using HEW and the NC30WA Entry version of the compiler. Make sure you unZIP with the "use folder names" option enabled. The "IAR SKP Sample code" download contains 2 sample projects (the demo and an empty project) built using the IAR Embedded Workbench IDE and integrated CSPY debugger. Loading each of these projects and starting the debugger can be done simply by following the steps in the included PDF guide. You can get a free evaluation copy of the Embedded Workbench tools from the IAR download site. Code
